Corinne Jarvis

Corinne Jarvis is currently a dancer with the National Ballet of Mexico (La Compañía Nacional de Danza de México) where she has danced soloist and demi soloist roles such as Zulma in Giselle, Doll, Snow Soloist, and Reed Flutes in The Nutcracker, Fairy Assistant and Garland Waltz in Sleeping Beauty, as well as corps de ballet in Swan Lake, Don Quixote Suite, Snow White, Carmina Burana, and many different contemporary works. She trained at Michigan Ballet Academy, under Gaiane and Akop Akopian and Nikoloz Makhateli, the Art of Classical Ballet, under Magaly Suarez, and at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. She also attended summer programs at Kirov Ballet Academy in DC, Carreno Dance Festival, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Miami City Ballet and Princess Grace Academy in Monaco. Corinne won third place in classical variations at the World Ballet Art Competition in 2016 and performed the White Swan pas de deux and the wedding pas de deux from Don Quixote in Poland in 2016 with Edward Bablidze, dancer from the National Ballet of Poland, while on tour with Michigan Ballet Academy.
